Ingredients:

Potato, Onion, Garlic, SWC Protein, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Herbs and Spices and Vegetable Oil

To heat using microwave from thaw or frozen, remove from packaging and place in a microwavable container. Heat on medium for 3 minutes. Stir. Heat again for 2 minutes or 165F until heated through.

To heat using a stovetop from thaw or frozen, remove from packaging and place in a stove-safe pan. Heat on slow fire setting for 5 minutes until heated through
